INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Remove bandage from package.
2 Wrap around the affected area-take care not to wrap too tightiy.
3 Recommended use for 20 minutes at a time.
4 Store in air tight bag for later use.
5 If bandage dries, remoisten with water and continue use.
